Email links open your email app. Nothing is submitted until you send the message yourself. Include the request type and the email associated with your account. Describe the issue briefly and provide only necessary information.
Keep private evidence out of ordinary email
Do not send passwords, one-time codes, authenticator codes, financial credentials, identity documents or intimate material. If further evidence is needed, support must first establish a secure and proportionate process.
BLUBO is not an emergency response service and does not monitor offline meetings. In immediate danger, use the appropriate local emergency service or contact someone you trust.
