Sign in trouble, a photo that did not go live, a wrong date of birth or a profile you want paused.
Report someone or something
Use Report inside the app on a profile or a chat; it sends the details to our team. If you cannot get to the app, write to us instead.
Tell us what to improve
BLUBO is in early access. Tell us what is missing, slow or confusing so we can improve it.
Delete my account
You can delete your account from Settings in the app, or ask us by email. The deletion page explains what is removed and what may need to be retained.
Keep private things out of email
Never send passwords, one time codes, identity documents or intimate images by email. If we need more from you, we will agree a safe way first.
BLUBO is not an emergency service. If you are in immediate danger, contact the local emergency services or someone you trust.
